These pages describe Nextup, a piece of free software published by Lightmorphic Ltd. They are provided for information. We keep them accurate and correct mistakes when we find them, but we do not warrant that every detail is current at the moment you read it. The software moves; the page follows.

The software

Nextup is licensed under the GNU General Public Licence version 3. You may run it, study it, change it and pass it on, on the terms that licence sets out. Nothing on this page adds to or subtracts from it, and where this page and the licence disagree, the licence wins.

As the licence says at greater length: the software comes with no warranty of any kind. It is free, it is provided as it is, and you run it at your own risk. We are not liable for lost data, missed episodes or anything else arising from its use, to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Nextup is not sold. There is no paid tier, no subscription and no hosted service, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.

What Nextup is not

It stores no video and provides no means of obtaining any. It records what you tell it you have watched. Where and how you watched it is your business and your responsibility.

Other people's material

Show and film information and artwork come from TMDB and remain the property of their owners. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Your use of TMDB data through your own installation is subject to their terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
